The order on this website is conveyed until the Cocks & Cows Aps payment goes directly to Cocks & Cows Aps.

No matter which part of this website you access, you agree that you accept these website terms.
If you do not accept the website terms, you must leave the website immediately and you cannot order products on the website.

Order processing & payment

We accept payment with Credit card via a secure payment system. Prices are in DKK and are shown incl. 25% VAT.

A payment system from QuickpayV10 is used. The communication with this payment system has been tested and approved by . All card data is sent encrypted.

Payment must be made with one of the payment cards accepted by the website, by Mobilepay or in cash to the Restaurant upon collection if this is an option.

Note! Payment by cash on delivery is not offered.

In the event that your payment is not approved, your order will not be processed or communicated to Cocks & Cows.

When you place your order, we will start processing your order by sending it to Cocks & Cows, and we will send you a message by e-mail that the order has been received and that your order is being processed.

If you pay by credit or debit card, you may be asked to show the card to Cocks & Cows upon collection / delivery as identification and as a check that the information on the card matches the information on the order.

The amount will be deducted from the payment card in connection with collection / delivery, however, no later than 30 days from the order being completed.

Collection of order

When collecting an order, a valid receipt or order confirmation must be presented. We will hold the order for 60 minutes after the selected collection time or until closing time, after which the order will be discarded without the possibility of a refund, if payment has been made through our website.

Prices

This website contains a large number of products and there is always a risk of errors in texts or prices. In such cases, Cocks & Cows has no obligation to ensure that you receive the order at the lower price than the current one, or to compensate you in connection with incorrect price indications, if the incorrect price is manifestly incorrect and you should have realized this in connection with your order.

Right of withdrawal and or change of order

Once you have placed your order and your payment is authorized, you can not cancel your order nor can the money be refunded. If you want to change your order, you can contact Cocks & Cows

If Cocks & Cows may have already started preparing your order, there is no right of withdrawal on the order or refund of payment.

If you want to change your order after it has been placed and the payment has been approved, you can contact Cocks & Cows per. 45 69 19 60 00 and they will try to help you with your wish. However, there is no guarantee that Cocks & Cows Gl. Strand can accept your requests, as Cocks & Cows may have already begun preparing your order.
